North West of England Objective 3 Programme 2000 - 2006 Application Pack. The new North West Objective 3 Programme was originally launched in June 2000.

An application pack has been put together so that all potential applicants know what to do and what to include in their bids. The pack is only intended for ESF applicants – there is no ERDF available in the Objective 3 Programme but complementary arrangements for ERDF are available under Objective 2.

The Application Guidance (2001) document in the pack covers the procedures for bidding and points to relevant documents.

The Application Pack is intended to be accessed electronically and all applications should be submitted on interactive application forms. Hard copies of all the documents, with the exception of the Interactive Application Form (IAF), can be downloaded from this site. The IAF can be downloaded by following the links to the ESF News website. (Applicants will need to provide their own floppy disks when submitting the IAF, likewise when submitting the Excel version of the summary sheet).

The latest call for applications was launched on 2nd April 2001. When completed, application forms should be sent to the regional contact named in the Application Pack Regional Contacts List. The closing date for receipt of application forms by the regional contacts is 12 noon, 25th May 2001.
